Writer- Realtor- Guru
"Do your best and God will do the rest!"

I was born in Managua, Nicaragua. I’m the eldest of three siblings, I believe in the five universal positions; one is God, the second is myself, the third my family, fourth my career, and fifth my positive pleasures.

Looking for the American dream I migrated to the United States when I was 20 years old. I put all my focus in my studies, graduating with several degrees: Real Estate, Mortgage loans, Real estate broker, Insurance agent, Hypnosis and other various studies of my interests.

When I turned 24 I went into business ventures, opening my first corporation in the United States, managing a school for Real Estate, an insurance agency, and a Securities firm, that helped me go on the path towards literature, creating the “Real Estate Manual”. This book was the fundamental base for the training seminars in this profession.

I’ve had a vast experience in what entails education, promoting people, and recruiting, training, advising and educating sellers. The Real Estate Company of five associates, under my direction, grew to one hundred and twenty associates, and graduated more than a thousand students at the South Florida School of Real Estate.

In the year 2000, I became involved in the creative part creating various patents, three inventions, two of them for design and one for utility. In 2001, I rebooted my literary qualities, writing the “Your Dreams and You” section for diverse magazines, taking me to the writing of my second book, “Your Dreams and You”.
